Households and businesses alike. If you are not sure which category your problem falls into, give me a call — I am happy to advise even if no job comes of it.
The computer you hand over is repaired by me. I don’t pass it on, you don’t call a hotline and you don’t talk to someone different every time. If something takes longer or a complication comes up, you hear it from me, straight away.
What people mention most in their reviews is that I explained what had happened. I see that as part of the job — a computer is an expensive thing, and you deserve to know why it stopped working and how to prevent it next time.
And if it turns out a repair isn’t worth it, I’ll tell you straight. Even if that means you buy a new computer somewhere else. Often a refurbished computer with a warranty is the better choice — and I can pick one for you straight away.

Oprava PC proběhla rychle. V průběhu se vyskytl problém, ale díky férovému a profesionálnímu jednání jsme vše snadno vyřešili.
This is the first PC service that I visited in Czech Republic and it has been so good. I upgraded my desktop PC from 13700 kf to 9800X3D due to the common known issues with Intel 13/14th gens and the guy is very helpful. He provided the best opinion with how I should upgrade my PC, and we chose the best components for the upgrades. The price is also very nice consider the amount of work, now I have my PC running games stable than ever with good tempreatures. I strongly recommend it!
Jsem velmi spokojen se službami. Pán mi počítač opravil rychle a musím říct, že po opravě jede úplně nádherně. Komunikace špičková, profesionální jednání. Po této zkušenosti půjdu s počítačem jedině sem :D

I tell you the price up front, after diagnostics and a quick phone call. Nothing is repaired without your approval.

A new computer doesn’t have to be new
I also sell refurbished desktops and laptops. I don’t keep stock — based on what you need the computer for and what you want to spend, I pick a suitable machine from my suppliers’ current offer. A refurbished computer costs a fraction of a new one and easily handles work, school and the internet.
Before you decide, I tell you what condition the computer is in. On request I get it ready to use: I transfer the data from your old computer and install what you need.
